Green Bay’s offense is so out of wack that the team couldn’t convert a third down all game. This would be the first time in Aaron Rodgers’ tenure that something like that has happened.
The team is now riding a three-game losing streak in which they’ve lost to the Washington Commanders, New York Jets, and New York Giants.
Aaron Rodgers was noticeably frustrated with his teammates during the game as it took him to the final quarter for him to finally get over 100 yards passing.
After the loss, Rodgers knew what the team had to do to be better, but stopped short of calling out himself, but instead, seemingly threw his teammates under the bus.
According to Carmen Vitali, Aaron Rodgers may have put his teammates on blast during the postgame interview.
Rodgers’ said, “‘We didn’t run the ball particularly well, didn’t catch it particularly well,’ he said. Notice there was no mention of whether he threw the ball particularly well.”
Vitali then pointed out, “Even as Rodgers goes on to address his performance, saying he didn’t ‘move a whole lot’ to extend plays until the last drive, it still seems a little backhanded. Having to move around the pocket suggests protection is lacking, or that perhaps your receivers aren’t getting to their correct spots.”
Despite the struggles, the struggling four-time NFL MVP insisted this season feels like it can be saved.

“You’re god damn right it does,” Rodgers said when asked if it seems plausible for the Packers to still make the playoffs. “I’m not worried about this squad. In fact, this might be the best thing for us. This week, nobody’s going to give us a chance, going to Buffalo on ‘Sunday Night Football,’ with a chance to get exposed. Shoot, this might be the best thing for us.”
Unlike the previous seasons, their struggles are coming on both sides of the ball.
The defense has lost games to teams quarterbacked by Daniel Jones, Zach Wilson and Taylor Heinicke. Last season, this team would’ve smashed these squads.
The Packers are averaging just 18.3 points per game, which would be the Packers’ worst since 2006.
The Packers have time to correct things, but it’s not looking good.
