The Green Bay Packers are set to host the San Francisco 49ers in their Divisional Round game, but Aaron Rodgers was focused on another team that they may very well see later on.
Rodgers decided to bring up the much debated deflategate scandal in an interview with Sportsnet.
“This is too firm for the Patriots,” Rodgers said.
It has been just over seven years since “Deflategate,” but it was one of those things that became bigger than the sport when it came down. Deflategate was the scandal where the Patriots were accused of cheating in the AFC Championship Game between New England and the Indianapolis Colts.
On May 11, 2015, the NFL announced that that the Patriots would have to pay a $1 million fine and that Brady would be suspended four games for committing conduct detrimental to the integrity of the league.

Brady served his suspension, came back, and then proceeded to win the Super Bowl.
This was all in good fun, just like Brady has been poking fun at Rodgers and his situation with the Packers over the past year. It would be nice to see these all-time greats go at one last time in the postseason.
