Earlier this week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers finally spoke out to every former player who had something to say about him in a damning article released by Bleacher Report that painted him as a person who didn’t care about anybody but himself.
He also revealed that the 2018 season was particularly hard for him because of an injury he suffered early in the year.
Rodgers suffered a tibial plateau fracture and a sprained MCL in his left knee in Week 1 and the player who caused it was Chicago Bears defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris. It was a sack in the very first game of the new year.
The fact that he suffered such a devastating injury and still continued on to give the team a fighting chance to make the playoffs should say much more about who he is as a person than some words from former teammates.
