Be afraid, Packers fans.
Last season, Davante Adams caught a career high 115 passes for 1,374 yards, and 18 touchdowns during a season where the Green Bay Packers came within one game of going to the Super Bowl.
Just a few months later and everything is falling apart with Aaron Rodgers demanding a trade and threatening retirement. Adams didn’t make the situation better with his cryptic tweet on Monday, saying “Gotta appreciate what u got while ya got it”
To make matters worse, Rodgers saw the tweet and seemed to agree with it.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported last week the three-time NFL MVP has “told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team.”
Green Bay general manager Brian Gutekunst addressed the situation after the first round of the 2021 NFL draft Thursday night.
“We’re not going to trade Aaron Rodgers,” Gutekunst told reporters. “… He’s our quarterback, he’s our leader. We’ve been working through for a little while now. It may take some time. He’s the guy that makes this thing go. He gives us the best chance to win. We’re going to work towards that end.”
Rodgers wants out and Adams is currently entering the final year of a four-year, $58 million contract with the Packers.
