Aaron Rodgers has made a major announcement ahead of his debut for the New York Jets.
The quarterback was a guest on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’ this Thursday, with Pat McAfee hosting his first episode since switching to ESPN, and informed viewers that he will be back as an every-Tuesday tenant for the 2023 NFL season.
Rodgers was just one of the big-name guests featured on today’s show, with Hall of Famer Peyton Manning also coming through, as well as Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.
“I will be the same old, same old and I look forward to speaking with all of you in the near future,” Rodgers said.
The QB used the show as the platform on which he announced his intention to play for the Jets before he was traded from the Green Bay Packers earlier this year, and he’s likely to drop some valuable nuggets amid the upcoming season, given that he will continue to be on every week.
McAfee, meanwhile, is set for additional roles on ESPN as he will also be a contributor on ‘First Take’ alongside Stephen A. Smith after walking away from a four-year $120 million deal with FanDuel.
