Green Bay Packers fans are not feeling so good after Sunday as the team suffered their third straight loss of the season after falling to the Denver Broncos 19-17.
It was the same ending, different week for the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Down just two against the lowly Denver Broncos with just under two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, quarterback Jordan Love threw a game-sealing interception into double coverage on a deep pass.
Unfortunately for Packers’ fans, this is starting to become a bit of a concerning trend for Love and that is where their former quarterback is coming in to send them a caution.
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers knows a thing or two about the fan base and media surrounding the team, and was asked about the current narrative surrounding the Packers on the ‘Pat McAfee Show.’
“Look at how much the narrative can change from week to week. Look at the narrative that was there about Zach Wilson, about our team, and then we win two games and now Greeny’s saying we can win the division. Nobody was saying that s*** a few weeks ago, a lot of things change.
“Narrative can change so quickly in this league, it’s overreaction Mondays every single week, it’s overreaction for the entire week. Look at what’s going on in New England, I mean Mac Jones and Bill’s gonna be out, and Mac’s the problem. Then Mac goes out and balls out, I think he goes 25-of-31, played incredible, led them on a last-second drive and now it’s like Mac was never the problem.”
Rodgers continued:
“Look at Minnesota, KOC‘s gonna be out, they’re gonna trade everybody, Kirk‘s getting traded, they’re shutting down [Justin] Jefferson because they’re cashing in the season. Then they win two games, now there a half-game out of the playoff spot, now it’s like hey they could get back in this thing in no time and Jordan Addison‘s gonna be the bridge until Jefferson comes back and their defense is playing incredible,” Rodgers said.

The Vikings were put in a coffin after they started the 0-3, but their 2-1 record in their last three games has made talks more positive in Minnesota and has many thinking they could make a run.
The New England Patriots have found themselves in a similar position as talks of Mac Jones and Bill Belichick losing their jobs were talked about until they secured a huge victory over the Buffalo Bills.
Narratives can change quickly in the NFL, which is why Rodgers feels fans in Green Bay should relax and avoid overreacting to what is going on right now.
