Aaron Rodgers claimed he would not hold the Green Bay Packers hostage with his decision, but in reality he has left them as well as the New York Jets hostage with both of them waiting on his final decision.
One analyst seems to think they are not being held hostage, because a decision has already been made.
On Monday’s edition of Get Up, ESPN NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky made the shocking claim that Rodgers going to the New York Jets is a “done deal.” He added that the holdup is more about his agent trying to make sure everything is worked out before it is officially announced.
“I think Aaron Rodgers to the Jets is a done deal. I’ve felt that for like a week. I just honestly believe that. I think they’re trying to figure out how to make it work…” Orlovsky said.
NFL Insider Trey Wingo has also since come out and said he’s heard that “Rodgers to the Jets is done.”
