Aaron Rodgers has been described as “pretty jacked” ahead of his return to the football field.
Rodgers spent all of the 2023 season sidelined, having suffered an Achilles injury on his debut for the New York Jets.
There was hope of a return at some point last term but it didn’t happen, unsurprisingly. A-Rod is planning to make a comeback in 2024 and, according to Ian O’Connor, he is in great shape.
O’Connor is the author of the new book, ‘Out of the Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers’, and has made claims of the QB being “pretty jacked in the upper body.”
He added that Rodgers confirmed that “he got bigger” and that he “looks ready for a fight.”
Next season will prove to be quite the test for the four-time NFL MVP given the stage of his career in which he sustained the injury.

Advances in medicine have made it possible for athletes to return, and thrive, on the back of such injuries. Rodgers, though, turned 40 in December, so it will be interesting to see how his body reacts to the pressure.
That he’s taken steps to strengthen his body and add some mass should be helpful.
As for the book, it will launch on Agust 13 this year.
