Aaron Rodgers has been trending ever since the Green Bay Packers lost on Sunday to the Tampa Bay Bucs.
After the game, Rodgers spoke like a man who thought he might not be with the team next season and beyond.
“There’s a lot of guys’ futures that are uncertain, myself included,” Rodgers said, managing a slight laugh as if to momentarily soften this harsh reality in the immediate aftermath of the loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC championship game. “That’s what sad about it most.”
On Tuesday, the future hall of famer went on Pat McAfee’s show and spoke about the hoopla surrounding his postgame comments.

If Rodgers does return to the team, it could very well look different as the list of free agents include running backs Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams, All-Pro center Corey Linsley and cornerback Kevin King.
The Packers intercepted three of Tom Brady’s passes and only allowed 3 points in the last 28 minutes of the contest. Yet, the team’s decision to not go for it on a fourth down would ultimately come back to haunt them in the end.
Rodgers is still looking for that elusive second Super Bowl appearance.
