On Monday, the Daily Mail did some shady reporting by claiming some random dude in a mask was Aaron Rodgers grabbing coffee in Brentwood, California.
One look at the image and it was pretty clear that this was NOT Aaron Rodgers “breaking the rules” and “grabbing some coffee in Brentwood,” as the publication claimed. Many were able to figure that out themselves. But for those who couldn’t catch the clues, Rodgers’ fiancee, Shailene Woodley, decided to help them out.
The Hollywood actress took to Instagram to black the Daily Mail for their poor reporting, as she pointed out the many flaws that helped her easily identify that the masked man is not Aaron. From the small feet, to the hairless hands, to the crappy car, there were many clues that this paparazzi clearly missed.
Those are all good points there.
And then there was this one, which Woodley missed, but NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport caught on to:

Of course, if Rodgers was out and about in Brentwood after testing positive for Covid-19 last week, that wouldn’t have gone over well with anyone. But as Shailene and Rapoport have already pointed out, this is clearly not A-Rod. So…nothing to see here!
