Teams are allowed, per the collective bargaining agreement, to hold 10 days of practices without pads and no live contact over a four-week span. They can run 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills.
Rodgers, as he wore his green New York Jets helmet, black shorts, and a red, No. 8 practice jersey, has fans going crazy after he pump-faked on one play and scrambled for a TD, holding both his hands in the air to signal a score.
Rodgers flashed a big smile as he ran into the end zone on his TD scramble in a video that had Jets fans buzzing on Monday.

The four-time MVP has had perfect attendance as he tries to build up timing with his new teammates. The former Packers quarterback showed up to offseason workouts this week because he wanted to get to know his new teammates after spending the first 18 years of his career in Green Bay.

All practices and workouts during the offseason are voluntary, except for mandatory minicamp, which the Jets will be holding from June 13-15. He technically does not have to show his face for anything, but these type of moments could make or break their 2023 season.
