Green Bay Packers fans are looking for just about anything these days to give them hope that Aaron Rodgers will hopefully return to the franchise.
They got some hope this week.
According to The Score Wisconsin, Rodgers renewed his membership at the Green Bay Country Club for the rest of the year.
It definitely appears he’ll be sticking around Brown County, Wisconsin to play golf, but it doesn’t mean he’ll be playing for the team. Green Bay Country Club opened in 1995 and is located in Bellevue, Wisconsin, just 15 minutes from Lambeau Field.

Like many people pointed out, it was probably on auto-renew and he did not realize it, much like more than half the people in this country.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur is in charge of the offense, and he publicly gave Love some advice on Friday as Rodgers was absent from minicamp.
“It’s the same message it’s been all the time, is you’re only one play away, so you always have to prepare like you’re the starter,” LaFleur told reporters, via ProFootballTalk. “And just to be very intentional about the work that you put in. To go out there with a purpose. To be mindful and in the moment.”
The Packers selected Love 26th overall in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Utah State. As expected, he did not see any time on the field during his rookie campaign. Love told reporters a day prior that if Rodgers ends up not being with the team in Week 1, he is prepared to be the team’s starting quarterback.
“One-hundred percent,” Love said when asked if he would be ready to start. “Obviously, this is a time where I’m getting a lot of extremely valuable reps that I might not have been getting in a normal circumstance. I’m going to take it day-by-day, but yeah, that’s what I’m here for. I was drafted here to play quarterback so I will definitely be ready Week 1.”
