Aaron Rodgers has been told that it would probably be in his best interest to put his attorneys on notice following his wild Jimmy Kimmel claims.
The Jets quarterback was speaking on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ earlier this week when he suggested that the popular late-night television host is afraid of the list containing many of the names of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates coming out.
This resulted in Kimmel taking to social media to lash out, vehemently denying any involvement with the deceased financier and sex trafficker.
“I’ve not met, flown with, visited, or had any contact whatsoever with Epstein, nor will you find my name on any ‘list’ other than the clearly-phony nonsense that soft-brained wackos like yourself can’t seem to distinguish from reality,” Kimmel wrote on X. “Your reckless words put my family in danger. Keep it up and we will debate the facts further in court.”
The list has since been unsealed, and A-Rod should be disappointed to learn that Kimmel’s name is not on there. Ronald Richards, a lawyer who worked as a legal analyst for NBC News has told the QB that he “may want to retain counsel” as Kimmel wasn’t mentioned in the 943-page document.

McAfee has apologized for Rodgers making the comments on his show but also downplayed them, insisting that the veteran star was fooling around.
“I can see exactly why Jimmy Kimmel felt the way he felt, especially with his position,” he said to start Wednesday’s show. “But I think Aaron was just trying to talk s***. Now, did it go too far? Jimmy Kimmel certainly said that was the case.”
ESPN has yet to address the situation, though network heads cannot be pleased with Rodgers calling a Disney employee out.
