Aaron Rodgers had a subpar game in Saturday night’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round of the NFC playoffs and he did not make things any better towards the end of the fourth quarter.
The San Francisco 49ers upset the Green Bay Packers 13-10 in the Divisional Round on Saturday at Lambeau Field and are heading back to the NFC Championship Game for the first time since 2019.
It was a surprising loss for the Packers, who entered the contest as the NFC’s No. 1 seed after finishing the regular season with a 13-4 record.
After the game, Rodgers admitted that he wished he had thrown a better pass to Adams and hit Lazard when he came wide open while the game was tied with les than four minutes to go.

Rodgers (20-for-29 passing, 225 yards, no touchdowns, no interceptions) told reporters he was “numb” from the loss, which dropped him to 0-4 all-time against the 49ers in the playoffs. It’s possible that he never gets another shot to get that victory over them in the postseason.
While the Packers are going home early, the 49ers are off to the NFC Championship Game, where they will face either Los Angeles or Tampa Bay.
