As we enter Week 4 of the 2023 NFL regular season, there are plenty of notable injuries to monitor.
The Packers were hoping to return several important players on offense in Week 4, but it was still up in the air less than 2 hours before the game against the Detroit Lions.
Aaron Jones and Christian Watson were listed as questionable.
On Thursday morning, it was reported that Watson and Jones will be on the field together for the first time this season. Given the nature of their injuries, it’s logical that both players will be on limited snaps.
Jones suffered a hamstring injury in Week One while Watson suffered a hamstring injury at practice exactly four weeks ago, delaying the launch to a second season. Last season, Christian Watson led the Green Bay Packers with nine touchdowns. Aaron Jones was second with seven so having them both on the field is huge news.
After a slow start to his rookie season, Watson scored eight touchdowns during the final eight games. Many people cannot wait to see what he can do with Jordan Love. Even without Watson, Love has accounted for eight touchdowns.
