Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald has been wrecking havoc in the league over the past years.
On Wednesday, the 2018 defensive player of the year seems to have gotten way more ripped than he was just last year when a photo surfaced showing him looking absolutely jacked up.
Donald just might be on pace for another record-breaking season in 2019 as he had in 2018 as he racked up 20.5 sacks during the regular season to lead the Rams to the Super Bowl.
