Last week, we learned that the Ravens and Rams are probably out of the Jones sweepstakes, leaving the Seahawks, Titans, Patriots, and 49ers among the (reported) remaining suitors.
This week, we found out the the Atlanta Falcons are trading the All-Pro wide receiver to the Tennessee Titans.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport had details on the move.
“The Falcons are trading All-Pro WR Julio Jones to the Titans in exchange for at least a 2nd round pick. A blockbuster for Tennessee, who now gets the coveted big-play threat. And Atlanta ends up with very nice value,” he reports.
After the announcement, AJ, Brown took to Twitter and sent out a warning to the league.

Last season, Jones played in only nine games due to injury. The 32-year-old has played all 10 seasons with the Falcons and has made 848 receptions and scored on 60 touchdown passes over the course of his career.
Jones has established himself as one of the most prolific deep threats in recent history, finishing with more than 1,300 receiving yards for six-straight seasons between 2014 and 2019.
