After leaving the Browns practice facility, Myles Garrett’s 2021 Porsche went off the right side of the road, overturned and landed in a ditch. According to a tweet from NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero, Garrett swerved to avoid an animal in the road and overcorrected.
Video from the scene shows first responders treating Garrett, who was responsive and coherent.
On Tuesday, TMZ also released the 911 calls that were made in regards to the crash.
The caller referred to themself as Frank from Porsche Emergency Center and he told the police a lady involved in the crash suffered an injury to her head.
“A girl left her car over here,” the second caller said. “It’s just one car. They lost control over here. They’re both sitting outside.”

Garrett was on the way home when the car went off the right side of the road and flipped several times. Both occupants were wearing seat belts when the crash occurred.
The woman could be seen laying down while another first responder treats her.
Drugs/alcohol aren’t thought to be a factor in the crash, authorities said.
