During the annual State of the Franchise event, the 49ers finally revealed their much-anticipated red throwback uniforms, which they will debut in the upcoming 2021 season. The jerseys will come during the 75th anniversary of the football team as fans will make their way back to the stadium this season after the global pandemic pretty made that imposible to do.
The 49ers plan to wear the jerseys six times this season, with four being at home and two on the road.

Those matchups will be Week 3 against Green Bay, Week 7 against Indianapolis, Week 10 against the Rams, Week 12 at Seattle, Week 15 against Atlanta, and Week 16 at Tennessee.
