Apparently, things got heated after Elijah Mitchell and Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles collided. Many punches were thrown and a helmet was even ripped off.
It remains unclear who was involved in the melee.

With no big injuries, the 49ers will be a team to be reckoned with.
