It’s been a rough second half of the season for the Colorado Buffaloes, and things didn’t get any better on Friday night.
During a game against Washington State at Gesa Field, the Cougars players showed the Buffs no mercy, as they trounced their Pac-12 rivals, 56-14. And the WSU players weren’t the only one showing no mercy on the night.
At one point, the Cougars fans could be heard chanting “overrated” and Deion Sanders and his Colorado players.
With the loss, Colorado drops to 4-7 on the season, and 1-7 in conference play.
After winning their first three games, the Buffaloes have now lose seven of their last eight, including their last five straight. And it doesn’t get any easier in their season finale, as they’ll travel to Utah to take on the no. 22 ranked Utes.
