How in the world did this guy complete this?
During a FCS game between the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens and Villanova Wildcats — the play of the year would happen in an unexpected way.
In the fourth quarter, Villanova QB Daniel Smith rolled out to his right to find anybody open for a touchdown, but he got tripped up by a defender. Unfortunately for Delaware, he still released the ball likely by accident, but it found its mark for a touchdown.
