Football has its fair share of rivalries. Some happen off the field, and sometimes, they can get rough. One of the most unexpected rivalries now has Jason Whitlock calling out Deion Sanders on his Fearless podcast.
Sanders, known for his extraordinary NFL career, most notably with the Dallas Cowboys, was recently compared to the president of the United States by famous journalist Jason Whitlock. This came after some social media antics by the University of Colorado bench boss.
During a media interview, Sanders was getting quite confrontational, which Whitlock deemed “embarrassing.” The journalist claimed that Sanders acted like a “petulant, spoiled child.”
Whitlock also compared the former NFL star to Joe Biden after claiming that many people in the media want to see him fail and will wait till he does so to call him out for his faults, something that it seems like Whitlock will enjoy seeing.

“Deion Sanders is Joe Biden, is in cognitive decline, and everybody knows it,” Whitlock said, adding that “once it becomes completely obvious, everyone turned on Joe Biden.” That is a strong claim from the podcast host.

Many fans were upset with Whitlock’s blunt remark and quickly replied to Whitlock’s comments on social media. One fan called on Sanders, commenting, ” Look at this joker who’s never done anything but talk.”
Another fan commented that everyone should sit back and the team’s record talk, commenting, “Just sit back and let the season play out. His team’s record will tell the story. Talking and flash ends when the season starts.”
As fans wait for the 2024 college season to commence, only time will tell whether Sanders and the Buffaloes have success. It will be a really interesting season to watch, and who knows what Whitlock may be prompted to say next.
