On Saturday, the Drake Bulldogs defeated the St. Thomas Tommies 22-19, and wide receiver Trey Radocha stole the show.
After scoring a receiving touchdown, Radocha immediately jumped up and started making the “YMCA” dance move, which President-elect Donald Trump had made popular.
Of course, given how divided the country is in politics, it would be easy for Radocha to deny his support of Trump to avoid backlash, but he doubled down on X.
“@realDonaldTrump thanks for the dance move,” he wrote while quote-tweeting a video of the touchdown and celebration.

Trey Radocha Is A Senior At Drake University
Radocha has spent all four years of his NCAA career at Drake University and is having his best season.
In 2024, he has 43 receptions, 488 yards, and three touchdowns.
His biggest game of the year easily came against Presbyterian Blue House when he hauled nine receptions for 125 yards. His longest receptions of the game went for 33 yards.
