Nick Saban’s wife disclosed the contents of a private text message the former Alabama head coach received from Deion Sanders earlier this week, putting her husband on the spot on live television.
Terry joined the ‘College GameDay’ panel this Saturday, sitting next to her husband as the crew made their picks for the day’s games. Desmond Howard picked Colorado to beat UCF, but Saban tipped the Knights to execute an effective running game against the Buffaloes and come up with the win.
The ex-coach’s wife dropped her jaw as she expressed shock over her husband picking against their “good friend, Deion.” She also revealed that the CU head coach texted Saban this week to tell him what a great job he’s been doing since transitioning to television. He didn’t look too happy about that.
She then went against his prediction, vaunting the Buffs.
“I got your back, Deion,” she declared.
