A new viral video shows a Michigan Wolverines’ player getting away with an unnecessary cheap shot during Monday’s Rose Bowl tilt against the Alabama Crimson Tide
In the clip below, Caden Kolesar (35) of the Wolverines is seen kicking Jeremiah Alexander (35) in the groin area after the latter inadvertently tripped and fell onto him:
Kolesar is lucky to have gotten away with what should have been an unsportsmanlike conduct or unnecessary roughness penalty. Thankfully, Alexander wasn’t injured.
The winner of the Rose Bowl showdown will face the victor of the Washington Huskies-Texas Longhorns Sugar Bowl meeting in next Monday’s national championship game.
