Haley Cavinder loves jumping on social media trends.
The University of Miami guard took to her Instagram account on Monday and posted a reel that has the newest viral trend showing what athletes look like with and without a jersey on.
Like anything she posts, Haley absolutely killed the trend.
Haley Cavinder started the video off with the ‘basketball jersey off’ part going first as it shows her dressed in a no-sleeved green, tight-fitting green dress, a picture of her in a two-piece red bikini, a white halter top, and blue jeans while sitting, and finally dressed in a black Under Armor shirt and white shorts as she holds out a basketball.
The ‘basketball jersey on’ portion had various pictures of her rocking the Miami Hurricanes uniform while she was on the court.
After leaving college athletics for a year, Haley and Hanna Cavinder returned to the Hurricanes to finish their final year of eligibility at Miami.

According to ESPN.com, Haley Cavinder averaged 16.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in the 2022-23 season. However, she entered the transfer portal this past October and committed to TCU before ultimately switching to Miami.
Her sister, Hanna Cavinder, has averaged 12.4 points in 123 career games.
In their one season with the Hurrincanes, Hanna and Haley Cavinder helped Miami reach the Elite Eight for the first time in program history. They finished the season with a record of 22-13 and 11-7 in ACC play.
They played under head coach Katie Meier, who has since retired.
Haley Cavinder Speaks On Mental Breakdown After Dating Dallas Cowboys Player
Haley Cavinder did not have an easy time at the start of her relationship with Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.
She recalled having a “mental breakdown” after she read comments attacking her appearance on social media once news confirmed she was dating the tight end.
“I was in Forever 21 having a great day with my mom and Hannah and I got this post and I just started looking at the comments about my face,” Haley recalled in a recent Q&A on YouTube with her sister, Hanna Cavinder.
“I’m a confident girl, but when people are saying stuff about you — if you have a boyfriend and someone is talking about you online with your boyfriend… like coming at your features — I’m like, this is new, and obviously Jake is a great guy, but you don’t want to be called ugly on the internet 24/7, and your boyfriend sees it. That’s not going to make anyone feel cool.
“So I had a mental breakdown, but that was a while ago. Honestly, I’m very confident and comfortable sharing my relationship because Jake was very loud about it… He was always like that so it made me feel very comfortable and confident sharing him as well… He’s a big part of my life and will continue so it’s not something that I [want to] keep private. I go to Cowboys games, and he’ll be at my games.”
