The College Football Playoff selection crew is taking some heat online following a leaked video of their viewing party of sorts on Saturday.
The committee got together to watch the weekend’s championship fixtures, and while they must have been thoroughly entertained, their setup looked a bit lame.
“Playoff committee watching Conference Championship Saturday. No beers. No wings. No chip dip,” an X account posted as the caption to a video showing how things went on inside the room.
“Can’t trust them.”

Fans All Agreed That This Was Odd Behavior From The College Football Playoff Committee
Social media thought this was a bit strange as well.
“My mom’s Tupperware parties, when I was a kid, were livelier than this,” someone claimed.
“I always wanted this job until I watched this 🤣 I thought it’d be sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings and it would be a party,” another wrote.
“No one taking notes or anything either…” someone observed.
“At least they watched the games,” a fan pointed out.
“All of them asking each other how many times they watched “the football matches” this year….” a comment read.
