Cameras caught a Virginia Hokies fan getting hilariously pranked during Saturday’s loss to the visiting Clemson Tigers at Lane Stadium.
Virginia Tech fell 24-14 to the No. 14 ranked Tigers on Saturday, dropping Brent Pry’s group to 5-5 on the year with two games to go. The Hokies are off next week before returning to action with a road game against Duke on Nov. 23.
During the third quarter of the Hokies-Tigers game, ESPN broadcast cameras caught a shirtless fan pranking with a trick that you probably pulled on your buddies in elementary school.
The shirtless fan tapped on the left shoulder of a Hokies fan in front of him then immediately looked away. Confused, the Virginia Tech supporter looked to his left and apparently failed to pick up on the shirtless fan being the one who tried to get his attention:

Little went right for Virginia Tech in Saturday’s loss to Clemson. They mustered just 228 yards of offense and went a horrid 2-for-14 on third downs, turning the ball over thrice in the defeat.
Virginia Tech Aims To Finish With Back-To-Back Winning Seasons
The Hokies finished below .500 in three straight years from 2020 to 2022. They defeated Tulane in last year’s Military Bowl to finish 7-6 for their first winning season since the 2019 campaign.
If Virginia Tech finished above .500, they’ll have recorded consecutive winning seasons for the first time in seven years.
