It was a feisty weekend for college football, and Arizona didn’t miss out on the action vs. Arizona State as their mascots got into a wild brawl on the sideline during Saturday’s game.
This weekend marked the end of NCAA football’s regular season, and it appears various programs didn’t want to finish the term on a whimper. The Michigan and Ohio State rivalry game produced a skirmish that required cops and pepper spray after a Wolverines player attempted to plant a flag on Buckeyes turf.
The UNC-NC State game was also guilty of fostering a brawl, while the Wildcats and Sun Devils had their own, though it was just between the mascots.

“That should be the halftime entertainment, set up a ring and let them go at it, could contact the Paul brothers to help with it,” a fan suggested.
“Was this real or staged? And I’m mean: Did this happen because the mascots were really mad at each other and wanted to settle thing’s physically or was this a bit?” another asked.
“Wilbur was getting f***ing smoked,” said a third, adding a slowed-down version.
As shown above, the fight was left to the cheerleaders to break up, but they found it difficult, given how much they were laughing.
The Sun Devils came out on top of this one, winning 49-7 to end the season with a 10-2 record.
