Yet another SEC player has been arrested during this tulmultous offseason.
Kentucky veteran running back Chris Rodriguez was arrested Sunday for careless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence in Fayette County, Kentucky, according to Kentucky arrest reports.
One of the top returning players in the SEC, Rodriguez rushed for 1,371 yards and 10 touchdowns last year.
Rodriguez ranked sixth in the SEC in rushing yards and 17th nationally and first in the SEC in yards per carry and that is despite him missing two games.
He was named First Team All-SEC and a Second Team All-American by Pro Football Focus and a Fourth Team All-SEC selection by Phil Steele.
The running back is expected to be one of the best players at his position in 2022.
