In the NFL, McCown amassed 17,731 yards of passing with 98 touchdowns and 82 interceptions. He obtained a 79.7 passer rating and a 60.2% completion percentage.

McCown, a freshman, has made appearances in five games this year and earned his first start amid an injury to regular starter Frank Harris, who was inactive for the bowl game.
The senior Pennington enjoyed an 11-year career in the NFL, playing for the Jets and Dolphins from 2000-10. He’s now been out of the league for 13 years.
