The USC Trojans-California Golden Bears game on Sunday was delayed because of protesters.
As you can see in the video below, a group of protesters sat down together on the California logo at midfield. Security personnel spoke to the protesters, who were eventually removed following the delay.
It wasn’t immediately clear that the group was protesting. The game was scheduled to start at 1 p.m. local time (4 p.m. EST).
Caleb Williams and the Trojans come into Saturday looking to end a two-game losing streak, having lost to Notre Dame and Utah. The Trojans are currently ranked No. 24 in the nation.
