Caleb Williams provided the home fans with a monster game in USC’s 42-25 win over Arizona State on Saturday night. The sophomore quarterback completed 27 of 37 passes for 348 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 44 yards and another score.
He was a thorn in the side of ASU all night long. It got so bad that one player squirted Williams in the face with a water bottle.
That player was senior defensive lineman Nesta Jade Silvera who finished the game with four tackles.
The Oklahoma transfer marched the Trojans up and down the field against Arizona State for 485 total yards.
He has single handily turned the program in USC around and he is just getting started.
