Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter needs a total break from social media.
Hunter keeps doing extraordinary things for a Colorado team, but his off-the-field relationship has taken center stage as he gets set for his final game with the program.
Colorado’s celebrated two-way football star started December on a career-high after securing the coveted Heisman Trophy. However, it has only gone downhill from there, as what should’ve been his celebration month has instead turned into a whirlwind of personal and public challenges for the athlete.
On Monday, Travis Hunter deactivated his Instagram account, a move that came amidst a storm of online criticism towards his fiancee.
Things have only gotten worse as videos, which reportedly date back three years, depict Leanna Lenee in intimate settings with an individual who is not Hunter. This has raised eyebrows, given her five-year relationship with Hunter.
In some scenes, Lenee is seen wearing just a T-shirt and underwear, while in others, she is shown in bed and later preparing food for a man who is not Hunter.
On a recent livestream, Leanna tried to inform the public that she and Travis Hunter have each other’s passwords to everything.

In the background, Hunter stared at her and said out loud that he did not have the password to her iPhone.
She responded with, “You’re lying.”

Shedeur Sanders Breaks Silence on Travis Hunter Fiancee Controversy
Travis Hunter doesn’t have many friends on social media these days, but Colorado teammate Shedeur Sanders certainly has his back.
Hunter and his fiancee, Leanne Lenee, have been dating for around five years and got engaged last year, but things have become increasingly rocky.
Sanders accused those talking about his pal’s relationship of clout chasing for clicks. “All y’all athletes, entertainers, artist etc if y’all genuine trying to holla at trav y’all know how to get in touch with him or someone around,” Sanders, the son of NFL legend and Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders, said. “At this point y’all just posting for the algorithm trying to look cool.”
