Fans believe they know where Arch Manning will be playing his football next season.
The highly-rated quarterback has been riding the bench all of 2023 and couldn’t get a start even after Quinn Ewers got injured. It’s now rumored that his days in Texas are numbered.
While his grandfather, Archie Manning, insists the player is happy with his decision to become a Longhorn and there’s nothing solid pointing to an exit, speculation over his future continues to intensify and a number of schools have been listed as potential transfer destinations.
The news of Ewers’ decision to forego the 2024 NFL Draft and remain in Texas has only served to spur the rumors on and fans now think they know exactly where he will end up next, or at least they’re almost unanimous on where they want him to transfer to.
The LSU Tigers will need a new quarterback as Jayden Daniel is set to go pro next year and it’s been predicted that Arch will be his replacement as he would be given an opportunity to start right away.

It’s difficult to imagine Arch remaining at Texas another year if he’s going to warm the bench, but Archie has pointed out that his uncle, Eli Manning, took such a route and only became a starter in his third year at college.
Both Archie and Eli went to Ole Miss, which does suggest that LSU might be a stretch as far as SEC teams are concerned. Still, you just never know.
