Arizona State quarterback Jaden Rashada has settled on a new home for the next chapter of his NCAA football career.
According to Jordan D. Hill of 247Sports, Jaden Rashada has committed to Kirby Smart’s Georgia Bulldogs. Rashada joins a Georgia quarterback room consisting of starter Carson Beck, Ryan Puglisi and Gunner Stockton.
Rashada appeared in three games for Arizona State last season, completing 53.7 percent of his pass attempts for 485 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions. His best outing came against Southern Utah on Aug. 31, in which Rashada tossed 236 yards, two touchdowns and no picks in a 24-21 win.
Trenton Bourguet was the main starting QB for Arizona State last season, though he only attempted 248 total passes in the Sun Devils’ rush-heavy offense. Bourguet completed 60.9 percent of those attempts for 1,486 yards, one touchdown and four interceptions.
Drew Pyne, who also saw some playing time last year at Arizona State, transferred to the Missouri Tigers last month.

Carson Beck is regarded as one of the top quarterback prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft. Assuming Beck declares, the path will be there for Jaden Rashada to take over as the new starting QB in Georgia next year.
The Bulldogs are aiming to win their third national championship in four years after being denied a three-peat last season.
The Perfect Landing Spot For Jaden Rashada
With Arizona State unable to guarantee Jaden Rashada much playing time for 2024, it made perfect sense for him to seek a fresh start
Now, Rashada isn’t about to unseat Beck as the Bulldogs’ starting quarterback. But there’s nothing wrong with sitting behind one of the nation’s top QBs for a season before Rashada gets the opportunity to take over as a starter in 2025.
Keep in mind that the Bulldogs will be in plenty of garbage time moments, so Rashada could get ample playing time there.
