Earlier this year, high school football star Noah Knigga went viral for his unique name, which sparked many jokes.
It became such a big joke that he got interviewed by ESPN analyst Robert Griffin about the correct pronunciation of his name, which was “Ka-Nay-Gah.”
As most social media stories go, his name quickly left the headlines, and it has not been since he made his college commitment.
Knigga has officially decided that he is going to continue his football career at Eastern Michigan University.
Hilariously, EMU announced it with the caption, “Needed a stud at LB, and we Noah guy,” which was a recurring line when he first went viral.
