Texas Longhorns head football coach Steve Sarkisian is getting plenty of perks in his new contract, on top of a shiny eight-figure salary.
Sarkisian signed a four-year contract extension with the Longhorns last month after leading the school to a College Football Playoff National Championship appearance.
Inside Texas got its hands on the details of Sarkisian’s new deal with the program. It includes a salary of $10.3 million for 2024, with an annual salary increase of $100,000. By 2030, Sarkisian’s salary will have moved up to $10.9 million.
On top of that, Sarkisian will receive two cars, the use of a private airplane, additional game tickets and millions of dollars worth of possible incentives.
Through his first three seasons as head coach of the Longhorns, Sarkisian has compiled a 25-14-0 record. The Longhorns reached the Sugar Bowl this past season, following to the Washington Huskies by a final score of 37-31.
