Texas Lineman Derek Kerstetter Suffered Gruesome Injury Where Leg Was Turned Completely Around (PIC)

Texas veteran offensive lineman Derek Kerstetter suffered one of the most gruesome injuries ever seen on a football field.

During saturday’s game against the Kansas State Wildcats – the senior offensive lineman’s foot got turned the wrong way during a play. He was eventually carted off the field.
