In a heartbreaking turn of events, a former Texas and New Mexico football player has reportedly passed away.
Former Texas Longhorns 2020 signee Jaden Hullaby, was reported missing on Sunday and was tragically found deceased, per an announcement from his brother, Landon.
“Forever living through you big brudda,” Hullaby tweeted. “I love you so much and I got you and the family forever I swear. Get your rest King”
Hullaby was last seen in Dallas on Friday heading westbound on I-30 at 6:23 pm.
“Y’all please help us find my nephew,” Hullaby’s uncle tweeted on Sunday. “Y’all we need prayers our way Jaden has been missing since Friday evening. We can’t track any of his devices. His last known location and time was in Dallas, West Bound I-30 at 6:23 pm. That’s not him at all! He always answers calls”
His family would file a missing person’s report with the police.

The cause of death has yet to be released by authorities.
The former three-star prospect in 2020 played two seasons with the Longhorns before transferring to New Mexico in 2022. In his time with the Lobos, Hullaby has two catches for 44 yards, including a 38-yard catch against LSU in Baton Rouge.
He came to the Longhorns as a running back out of Mansfield Timberview High School as part of the 2020 class, picking the Longhorns over Arkansas, Baylor, Florida, LSU, Michigan State, TCU, and many other offers.
