Former NFL player Terrelle Pryor was arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with a misdemeanor count of simple assault, and summary offenses of harassment and criminal mischief, according to an online docket.
Pryor left the Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 unsecured bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Oct. 19.
TMZ Sports has since gotten more details on the situation after he was caught leaving the facility.
“Nothing like that happened,” Pryor said.
According to police documents, Pryor got into an argument with Shalaya Briston, who is the same girl who almost killed him by stabbing him back in 2019.

After shining as a quarterback at Ohio State, Pryor struggled to transition to the NFL. The 32-year-old Pryor played seven years in the NFL and hasn’t played since the 2018 season.
In 51 NFL games played for five different teams, Pryor caught 115 passes for 1,563 yards and seven touchdowns.
