Social Media is in a frenzy after seeing Texas Christian University’s Brione Ramsey in practice drills.
Ramsey is a freshman who made a name for himself over the summer due to his size, at 6’5” and 455 lbs. Fans wondered how the massive kid would work on the field. A recent video surfaced online at TCU drills, and he did not disappoint.
In spite of his massive size, the young offensive lineman shows an impressive amount of agility for his size, moving quickly both forward and laterally despite his monstrous size. When lined up against him, defenders were literally rag-dolled by Ramsey, who backed up his impressive athleticism with a few quick words to his opponents. Fans quickly took note of his power.

A fan favorite before setting foot on the field, Ramsey has shown he is more than just an attraction and if he’s able to do this consistently on field, will more than likely find himself in rotation minutes.
TCU is fresh off of a BCS playoffs which saw them beat the favored Michigan Wolverines before losing to the betting favorite University of Georgia. TCU looks to build on this success in 2023 on their way to another Playoff appearance.
Whether Ramsey becomes the addition the Horned Frogs need remains to be seen, but the dominant force is one that should have defensive coordinators scrambling.
