Every team leading men in sports needs to have a coach like Kaz Kazadi.
As TCU football continues its spring practice, Kazadi, who serves as the assistant athletic director for football human performance (strength and conditioning coach), had something to say to his players just as he always does.
In a video posted over the weekend, Kazadi talked to his team about consent and sexual harassment.
He broke it down perfectly as he brought up an example of something happening in a car with a young lady not meaning it can continue on another occasion unless they got consent from that same woman. He also spoke on sexual harassment and how if a woman walks in with tights on during study hall, you cannot comment out loud on that young lady’s body parts, because she has every right to press charges after that.
He then ended it with telling the young men that were confused with what to say to a woman by telling them to picture it being your little sister or mother.
That is leadership.
