“What was that? What a disgrace,” Smith said. “Congratulations to Alabama, but damn! It would’ve been nice to see… I’m sorry I said Alabama because that’s what’s on my mind. I meant to say Georgia.”
The massive victory by Georgia caps off a perfect season for the Bulldogs, who become the first back-to-back national champs since Nick Saban’s Alabama team nearly a decade ago.

Smith may have Bama on his mind because that team is unlikely to mis the playoffs next year and could set up a collision course with Georgia yet again.
