South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler is showing up for the 2023 college season in style.
Before he decided to return to South Carolina for another season, the quarterback inked a NIL deal with Dick Dyer Mercedes-Benz. That turned out to be a great decision. The former Oklahoma transfer held an exclusive meet and greet with fans as part of the agreement, but that wasn’t all.
On Monday, Rattler picked up his car from the Dentsville, South Carolina, dealership for the 2023 season. Rattler posted an image of him standing in front of his newest luxury vehicle, which is a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
According to On3’s name, image, and likeness valuation, Spencer Rattler ranks first amongst starting SEC signal callers in NIL worth.
Rattler – South Carolina’s QB1 – threw for 3,026 yards and 18 touchdowns in his first year with the program.
South Carolina finished third in the East after posting an 8-4 regular season record in 2022. The Gamecocks fell to 8-5 after falling to Notre Dame 45-38 in the Gator Bowl.
