Spencer Rattler, the former Oklahoma five-star quarterback who transferred to South Carolina in December, is so far loving his time in South Carolina.
Rattler is already taking advantage of NIL policies at his new program. The South Carolina quarterback has some new wheels after striking a deal with a local car dealership. Jim Hudson Chevrolet tweeted out a photo of Rattler with his new truck.
“As part of the Name Image Likeness (NIL) program, quarterback for the South Carolina Gamecocks, Spencer Rattler takes off in his brand new Chevy Silverado from none other than Jim Hudson Chevrolet!” the dealership tweeted.
Rattler was considered a Heisman Trophy favorite going into this past season until he got benched for Caleb Williams. He threw for 1,483 yards, 11 touchdowns, and five interceptions in nine games.
Rattler will play his fourth year at South Carolina.
