Sydney Smith, the World’s Most Flexible Gymnast and rival of Olivia Dunne, is tearing up social media once again.
The prominent college gymnast may take some time to get on Olivia Dunne’s level, but if she continues to drop great content like she did this week, her numbers will get there soon.
Smith is going viral this week after she posted a short video that showed off her insane flexibility. The video started with her legs stretched out on the balance beam, and then it shifted to her doing a front flip in a pit.
She also made sure to give fans many looks at the angles of her body throughout the video before finishing with an impressive backflip to end the video.
