Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty is on a generational run to start the season. Currently, he leads all of FBS in rushing yards at 1,031, years per carry with 10.9, and rushing touchdowns at an insane 16, all just in five games.
Of course, these numbers are unheard of since Barry Sanders won the Heisman in 1988, with 29 fewer yards and one more touchdown in the same number of games.
When Jeanty is out on the field, it almost seems that opposing defenses are scared at the thought of him getting the ball. Of course, that’s because of his amazing numbers, but some social media users think they found another and much funnier reason as to why.
When Jeanty is in the backfield, he stands straight up, not leaning, no hands on his knees, looking as though he isn’t even supposed to be out there. It’s now being compared to Michael Myers.
“That’s such a vivid comparison! Ashton Jeanty’s stance in the backfield being compared to Michael Myers is pretty spot-on, evoking that calm, menacing energy before the action starts,” said one comment.
“Yo I SAID THE SAME THING WATCHING THE GAME I’m like yo y is he standing str8 up he prolly rlly that short tho,” said another.

“He just know it’s going to the house everytime imagine that feeling of literally nobody being able to tackle u,” added a third.
Who wouldn’t be scared of a running back who just might be able to break all kinds of FBS records by the end of the year?
Ashton Jeanty Turned Down More Money To Stay In Boise
Jeanty also led FBS in rushing yards last year, so it’s not as though he was unheard of before the season.
That’s why many other schools offered him many NIL packages to get him to transfer. However, Jeanty was set on returning to Boise.
“Money is great. Money is cool. But a legacy, an impact – that lasts forever,” Jeanty said in an interview with Chris Petersen
