Before you could blink, the Philadelphia Eagles had a 14-0 lead and it seemed that Nick Foles magic was up to his old tricks again and the Eagles were dead set on facing the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Title game.
Then the New Orleans Saints woke up and reeled off 20-straight unanswered points, combined with their defense waking up and putting the clamps on that Eagles offense.
In the final minutes of that game, Nick Foles still had a chance to create some magic, but an Alshon Jeffrey dropped pass would lead to an interception and ultimately end their hopes of going back-to-back in the Super Bowl.
Following the game, social media couldn’t help themselves, so they threw out every single joke they could to make fun of Jeffrey.
